MKT Skills (mktskills.com) provides marketing skills and a read-only MCP connector for AI apps such as ChatGPT and Claude. It is built and operated by Vince Servidad. This policy explains what the service stores, why, and how you remove it. Questions go to hi@mktskills.com.
What we store
Your account
Your name, email address, a hashed password, and sign-in sessions, including the browser and network address a session started from. Sessions keep you signed in and let us spot misuse.
AI apps you connect
When you connect an AI app to MKT Skills, we store the app's registered name and redirect address, your approval, the permissions you granted, and when the connection was last used. Connection tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. Authorization codes expire after 2 minutes, access tokens after 1 hour, and refresh tokens after 30 days.
Accounts you connect for reporting
If you connect Google Ads or another reporting source in Settings, we store the provider account identifier, the permissions granted, the accounts you select, and the provider's access credentials. Credentials are encrypted with AES-GCM using a key held outside the database. Report data is read from the provider when you or your connected AI app asks for it.
Files you upload
Files and tables you upload are kept in private storage so your connected AI app can read them through MKT Skills. Only your account can read them, and only while you remain a member of the workspace they belong to.
Operational records
Rate-limit counters keyed to network addresses, and request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on mktskills.com.
- MKT Skills does not run AI models on your data. The AI app you connect processes what MKT Skills returns under that app provider's own terms and privacy policy.
- The connector is read-only. It does not change campaigns, budgets, bids, stores or any other account setting.
Google user data
MKT Skills' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console data is used only to answer the reporting requests you make, is not used for advertising, and is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide that answer to you.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website, database and file storage.
- Google, Meta and Shopify receive requests only when you connect one of their accounts, and only to read the data you asked about.
How long we keep it
Account data, connections and files are kept until you remove them or delete your account. Expired tokens are cleared as new ones are issued.
Your controls
- Disconnect an AI app or a reporting account at any time in Settings. Disconnecting stops access immediately.
- Delete your account in Settings. This removes your account, sessions, connections, AI app approvals, uploaded files and the workspace data stored with them. A workspace shared with other members is kept for them.
- You can also revoke MKT Skills from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We update this page when the service changes what it stores or how. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes are posted here before they take effect.
