Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms cover your use of MKT Skills (mktskills.com): the marketing skill library, the MCP connector at mktskills.com/mcp, and account settings. MKT Skills is built and operated by Vince Servidad. By creating an account or connecting an AI app, you agree to these terms.
Price
MKT Skills is currently free. Paid plans may be introduced later. You will be told before any feature you use becomes paid, and you will never be charged without agreeing to a plan first.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Connect only advertising, analytics and store accounts you are authorized to access, and only share access with AI apps you trust.
What the service does
MKT Skills gives your AI app marketing methods, calculations and read-only reporting from the accounts you connect. It does not change campaigns, budgets, bids, stores or account settings.
Outputs are guidance produced by your AI app using MKT Skills methods and your evidence. They are not guarantees of results. Check recommendations against your own data and business before acting on them, especially before changing ad spend.
Your content
Files, data and account information you provide stay yours. You give MKT Skills permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. See the privacy policy for details.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another person's data, accounts or connections.
- Do not bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not upload content you have no right to use, or use the service for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
ChatGPT, Claude, Google, Meta, Shopify and other services you connect are governed by their own terms. MKT Skills is not responsible for their availability or for how they process data you send them.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, MKT Skills is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or advertising spend, arising from use of the service.
Ending use
You can disconnect AI apps and accounts or delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts other people's data at risk.
Changes
We update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes are posted here before they take effect.
